Multi-factor authentication isn't available in HiveManager Classic, it's a HiveManager (formerly NG) only feature.

Is there any more security we can add besides just the password? Is it possible to upgrade from Classic?

I think you might be able to enable Radius authentication for your admins who are logging in to the HiveManager Classic instance, but Classic will be reaching end of life soon so I'd recommend moving to HiveManager anyway.
