I can certainly submit the request to change your organization name, but it's likely going to be a few days before I hear back, just to let you know. Could you tell me your VHM ID (Silhouette icon in top right corner> Global Settings> VHM Management)? If you'd rather share that with me directly, feel free to send it by email.

New problem: AP does no firmware upgrade. Where can i find the imagefiles so i can do a manual firmware upgrade to 6.5-r12 on my AP121?

I’m trying to upgrade firmware but receive an error: Device Update Failed. Something about “unable to save image in flash memory” can you help me out by directing me to the AP141-6.5r12.img file?
