Any of the report selections do not show the actual number but a percentage. I want the email that is sent out to have the actual client count of the sessions for the day or the week or the month. How is this done??

Could you tell me which HiveManager Platform you are using; HiveManager Classic or HiveManager? This guide will walk you through how to determine which HiveManager you are using, for reference: https://thehivecommunity.aerohive.com/s/article/Which-HiveManager-Platform-am-I-using

Assuming you're using HiveManager, you should be able to create a Network Summary report for unique clients (2.4GHz, 5GHz, or both), is that what you've tried generating?

Hi Sam,

We are using HiveManager Classic.

I’ve tried breaking it apart by frequencies and both, but it is still not showing the client count. All I am looking for is a client count for the day, week and month within a specified time range (8:00AM to 8:00PM – or any selection that I am looking for).

The counts NEED to be sent out in an email. I do not want to have to have staff login to pull up reports.

The Virtual HiveManager ID is a unique string of characters that identifies your HiveManager from others in the same server region. You can find it by clicking on Help in the top right hand corner> About HiveManager.

Thank you for that screen shot. If you click on the gear icons in the top right hand corner of the report window, you'll see an option to export, and a list of export options that includes PDF.

Thank you for clarifying, we don't have a way to alter the exported reports to show different data. I would typically offer to submit a feature request to have this added to a later release, but we aren't developing HiveManager Classic any further, all new features will be added to HiveManager (formerly NG).

This depends on how much room the HiveManager has in general, but on average about 3 days-2 weeks.
We can't store data longer in the HiveManager, but you can set up a syslog server to funnel the data to for long term data collection.
If the APs experience a reboot, the report information/dashboard reports will not alter. These reports are based on periodic check-ins with the APs (typically every 10 minute if a background scan gets through), so it isn't showing real time data and won't update it's own data until it has another successful check-in with the AP.
I would recommend a syslog server, or something similar.
