After 30 days trial I can not leave the HM license screen.

Thus losing management of access points.

There is no way to go from Select to Connect. You would need to register for a Connect instance separately and then move your devices over to the new version. If you email me the serial numbers (communityhelp@aerohive.com), I can remove the old records on our side so you can add them to your new HiveManager without errors. You would also have to rebuild your configuration in the Connect instance, there is no way to transfer that over.

Thank you for those serial numbers. When I remove them from our records they will reset to factory default settings as they will no longer belong to a HiveManager. Are you ready for me to remove them? I would recommend waiting until you have registered for the Connect instance and your configuration is built within that instance to do this so the downtime for your network is minimal.

I have removed those serial numbers on our side, so there should be no duplicate records. You should be able to add these devices to the new HiveManager now.
