I got error "A stake record of the device was found in the redirector""when trying to deploy this aerohive AP250 into Extreme Cloud IQ.
Here is the serial no: 02501901030131. Can you help to release it?

I was able to find the old records for this device, but we will need permission from the previous owner before we can release the device to you. I've reached out to the previous owner now, and I will let you know what we hear back. If you are still in contact with the previous owner and could encourage them to respond to my email, that may help things move along.
