I wanted to upgrade Hivemanager NG from 11.26.3.6 to 12.8.1.2-NGVAMAY18-2018-05-29 version. I follow the procedure and create a new VM from the ova file.

I detected that there were no possibility of setting the network properties during the creation of the VM. I had to set up a DHCP server to be able to access the Hivemanager. Once this done, I setted up the correct Network IP adress through the management portal on TCP port 3000.

When I tried to access the Hivemanger by entering the IP address in the browser, the URL loaded automatically is https: //<myIP>/hm-webapp/ and I got an HTTP ERROR 404.

I remember in the previous version the url was https: //<myIP>/acct-webapp/login#login and I entered it.

Now I'm look to connect to the HMNGVA portal but I don't know the new default credential (email/password).

Please try these default credentials:

user: admin

password: aerohive

Thanks for your answer.

The default credentials you give are for the management portal on https://hivemanager:3000 .

I need these for the default hivemanager portal. I tried admin/aerohive but it doesn't work. An email adress is expected to be used for login. With admin@aerohive.com / aerohive, no more.

Have you the default credentials email/password for the default hivemanager portal ?

See attached snapshot below.

Hi Vincent,

If this was a restored backup, it may require the previous credentials.

If the default credentials didn't work, it may be better to redeploy to avoid any possible corruption.
