If I add to assignment Rules Radius Attribute and Client OS type simple this does not work. I guess NG client classification suffers like Classic. Otherwise I want to believe I am doing something wrong.

Experts,

I am trying to convert HM Classic radius configuration to HM NG Cloud.

In my Classic I have User Profile with attribute = 1000 and then I have client classification policy based on OS object.

In my NG User profile I am trying to add client classification based on the OS so for example if Employee login with laptop MAC OS should be assigned to vlan1, if employee login with ipad should be assigned to vlan2, if with chromebook vlan3, if with windows vlan3, etc.....

I know I am missing something here

OK I thought that would work, I have created another user profile with same attribute number = 1000 but in assigned category besides radius attribute number I have added also Client OS type = Android

thats still does not work for my android cell phone

In Assignments rules I specify the Radius Attribute and Client OS type but so far that only works for MAC OS, is there any known bug like in classic???????/

That smells like bug, since it does not work with IPAD, IPHONE, and ANDROID.

I want to believe I am doing something wrong.
