If the AP doesn't connect to the HiveManager, the quickest first step is to reset it. If that's not an option or if that doesn't work, you'd want to do some CAPWAP troubleshooting. The following guides can help with CAPWAP troubleshooting, depending on which HiveManager Platform you are using:

Hi Sam! I've already reset the AP via the reset button and also via console command. It seems that the Aerohive re-director service is re-directing the AP to the wrong hive. It's serial no. 12112110801773.

Hi Allan, thank you for that serial number but I wasn't able to find it in our redirector currently so there should be no conflicting records. Could you try the other troubleshooting steps in the CAPWAP guide I sent you and let me know the results if the AP still doesn't connect for you?
