AP 130 Issue

I recently updated an AP130 from 6.5r4 to 6.5r11 and I noticed it didn't come back online. The reset button does nothing. I connected to it with a serial cable and this is what I get:

I would recommend opening a support case and requesting a TFTP flash. This is something that a technician will need to do with you, at least in part. If we're unable to get the AP to respond and connect for you, we can set up an RMA to get it replaced.
