Hi all,

I’m having issue uploading a HTTPS certificate on ExtremeCloud IQ 20.1.3.2 on-prem

I’ve been able to use it properly for Guest access and even for other application we use.

But here when I upload the file, nothing happens. No message, no error, no log.

(Global Settings > System Settings > HTTPS Certificate)

Did someone already faced such kind of issue or do you have any solutions ?

Thanks.

I have this exact same problem and came to the Community hoping perhaps the answer was here. Since you have not received a response in a month did you end up contacting support?

Found this other article and one of the replies suggested the GUI give no indication of acceptance. You just need to restart HM and it uses the new cert. I did so and it did work. Very lame that there is no indication in the GUI of success or failure.

https://community.extremenetworks.com/hivemanager-platform-233172/problems-with-hivemanager-webinterface-7827461
