    <description>&lt;P&gt;The switch was at one point connected. I'm not sure when it lost connection, but it has been a while. it was not an issue since the main testing etc was for the AP. But now we are wanted to test the functions and reporting of the switch and can't. &lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you for that information. Can you confirm that HTTPS 443 is allowing outbound traffic via your firewall and any content filters? Some additional things we could try:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1) If you run the command "show clock", is the date and time displayed correct?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2) Confirm that HiveAgent is installed correctly with the command "show application".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just to confirm, the switch used to connect to the HiveManager but then disconnected? Did anything change on the network directly before the switch disconnected? When did you first notice that the switch was disconnected?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We did have an issue with a bad update that changed some of the HiveAgent versions and caused disconnected switches. To make sure that isn't what we're dealing with here, could you remove the switch from your device inventory and then re-add it to the HiveManager? If that does not clear things up, would it be possible to set the switch to factory default settings and trying again?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
