my polycom phones have a setting in the advanced configuration to set a vLAN ID.

are your phones set to tag their traffic as vLAN 2?

I setup the phone/data port on the switch but I was only getting the IP from VLAN1 when I plugged the phone in. (Voice VLAN is #2).

Then I created a new user profile for VLAN2 and added it under "Default Profile option" now phone and computer both are getting the VLAN2 IP. So does this dual port option in HMOL NG doesn't work?

I was testing it with a Cisco phone normally I don't have to do anything special with it. Simple plug the phone it, plug the desktop into the phone port and that is it. I contacted support and they asked me to upgrade the image on the switch and push a completely config out. I did that asking customer to test will post an update once I find out.
