    <description>&lt;P&gt;Good Day,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am having issues with onboarding of an AP 250 in a HiveManager NG environment.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The onboarding process fails with the following message "Device already onboarded".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have found the account of Hivemanager that is associated with the new AP 250, I have to remove the device from that secondary account, so I'll be able to add it on my primary account HiveManager NG environment  with serial number ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you for your answer.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;That is correct, the device serial number can only belong to one device inventory at a time. You would need to remove the device from the secondary account and then add it to your primary account. &lt;/P&gt;</description>
