Can't update the firmware in AP130 models

Hello, can you help me on how to update the firmware of my AP130 units?

I'm receiving this error message:

The CLI 'save config https://cloud-ie.aerohive.com:443/afs-webapp/configuration/84549/885BDD86C200-deviceFull.config current admin VHM-xxxxxxxx password *** basic no-prompt' execute failed, cause by: The Aerohive device was unable to save the configuration to flash memory. Reboot the Aerohive device and try again. If this problem persists, contact Aerohive Support.

Are you using a HiveOS version at or above 6.5r3? If you're not, we'd need to get the AP updated to at least 6.5r3 to manage it in the HiveManager. If that is the case, please let me know what HiveOS you're currently using, and I can get you the files you'll need to update the AP.

If you're using 6.5r3 or later already, can you enable CAPWAP debugs (https://thehivecommunity.aerohive.com/s/article/CAPWAP-debugs), replicate the issue, then pull tech data (https://thehivecommunity.aerohive.com/s/article/How-to-download-tech-data-in-HiveManager) and send that to me at communityhelp@aerohive.com?

In my AP130 devices I’ve HiveOS 6.5r1b

Can you help me to obtain the necessary files to update my APs?

Hi Samantha,

I'm having a similar problem, but with the AP 120.
Looking around on this community it seems the problem is my firmware is way too old.
Could you send me some information and the needed files?
