Couple of years ago I was given an ap130 which had instructions on using it with the cloud base solution for free but at the time didn’t get a chance to look at and I have lost the instructions for it. Could someone help me to get this sorted and up and running. I just want to use it at home to improve my wireless and connect to my basic sky router

It sounds like you wanted to use the free ExtremeCloud IQ instance called Connect. This guide reviews how to register for a Connect instance: https://thehivecommunity.aerohive.com/s/article/Registering-for-HiveManager-Connect

Once you've registered, you'll want to add your device to the device inventory, which this guide reviews: https://thehivecommunity.aerohive.com/s/article/Adding-and-Removing-Devices-in-HiveManager

If you can let me know what kind of network you would like to build (everyone uses the same password, everyone has their own password, everyone has their own username and password, etc), I can try to send you a guide that will walk you through how to set up your network configuration within the Connect platform.

Hi Sam

Many thanks for your help so far. However i have now hit my next issued and that the device must of been registered way back to an account some time in the past and now i can not add it as it give me an error. What can i do now?

Sorry, I see now that you already emailed that to me. I have removed that device so you should be able to add it to your HiveManager at this time.
