Hello,

What Models are the Access Points?

Also, what HiveOS version is running on them?

Are you using the Aerohive Access Point's optional DHCP service? If so, are we attempting to NAT a virtual vLAN, or serve DHCP to a "real" or back-end vLAN?

If not using Aerohive for DHCP, do you know what the IP scope is for the Wireless Clients? And could you advise the Lease Times and confirm that there aren't IPs still leased to inactive clients?

Happy to help!
