    <description>&lt;P&gt;We had an issue late last week with an update that was reverted shortly after it was released. While it was released, some switches updated their HiveAgent version, and when we reverted back to the old version they were no longer able to connect. Could you try removing and re-added the switch to the device inventory to see if this clears up the issue?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The first time we put the Switch on our LAN with Vlans everything works fine, but some days later the switch shows downs on the Hive, still works with the current configuration, but we can't do changes or enter to the switch&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The switch is connected to a router on a Gigabit port with autonegotiation enable but it work at 100Mb&lt;/P&gt;</description>
