If you're using the latest version of HiveManager, you'd want to go to the HiveManager address and add :3000 to the end of the address to reach the local management settings. Once you log in with the same admin credentials you use for the HiveManager, you'll be able to adjust the HiveManagers settings.

If you make a mistake you would need to go back to the :3000 address and change the IP back to something you know will work.

If I make a mistake with the hive manager IP address, the hive manager won't be reachable over TCP/IP port 443 or 3000

If there is no by the book procedure, how about this:

Create a VM snapshot
Change the IP address using the Admin UI on :3000
Migrate to the target datacenter (which requires a new IP address)
If a mistake was made, revert to snapshot on the source datacenter
Goto 2

For the records, there is a possibility to login to the vm console (the VGA and keyboard) with "netcgx" and "aerohive" credentials to make this change.
