      <description>&lt;P&gt;When you say it goes in and out, do you mean it's dropping client traffic randomly, or that it disconnects from the HiveManager and then reconnects?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you mean you are dropping client traffic, please pull tech data and email that to me at communityhelp@aerohive.com so I can check for interference and other issues for you. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you are seeing the APs connect on and off, then we'll want to run the following debugs on the CLI of the AP, wait for the issue to happen again, and then get tech data. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Debugs:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;_debug capwap info&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;_debug capwap basic&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;_debug capwap stat&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tech data:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you are using HiveManager Classic (myhive.aerohive.com), then you'll want to go to Monitor&amp;gt; check the box next to the AP&amp;gt; Utilities&amp;gt; Get tech data. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you are using HiveManager (formerly NG, cloud.aerohive.com), then you'll want to go to Tools&amp;gt; Utilities&amp;gt; get tech data&amp;gt; check the box next to the AP&amp;gt; Get tech data (at the top of the page this time). &lt;/P&gt;</description>
