If you're using HiveManager (formerly NG), you can log in with their credentials and change the email address and password associated with the primary account. If you don't know the credentials and don't have access to the email to utilize the reset password option, we can change the password to something else temporarily to allow you access so you can set it up with a more secure credential set. If you'd like us to set the password for you, please send me the email address for the primary account.

If you're using HiveManager Classic, please send me the VHM ID (Help> About HiveManager), and I can let you know what our options are.

Thanks, Sam. Change the primary contact to andrew.terwilliger@greenville.edu and you can set the password for him. I appreciate this so much. I believe we are using HiveManager.

Thanks, but I'll need the current primary contact email, and then we can change it to Andrews email address. I searched for any VHM registered to someone in the same domain, but I didn't find any.

Thank you, we've set a temporary password for johnny.matthews@greenville.edu which I have emailed directly to you. You'll want to log in with his credentials> Click on the silhouette icon in the top right hand corner> Global Settings> Account Management> Open the old primary contact user record> Change the email and password of the primary contact to match an active users information.
