Thanks for the heads up @Sam Pirok . When I do upgrade to the 10.x line, are there any further steps I need to take coming from a 8.x line? I want to ensure there is as little downtime as possible.

I'm sorry about the faulty link, we're working on getting that page back up and running. In the mean time, here's a duplicate of that post, please let me know if you have any trouble getting to this page: https://thehivecommunity.aerohive.com/s/question/0D50c00007NeN2jCAF/hiveos-matrix

Also, we've moved away from the Golden vs feature release trains, now we just have the latest recommended for each HiveManager Platform.

I login through cloud.aerohive.com so I assume I am using HM Cloud? Having said, according to the chart provided, it says the recommended firmware for AP130/AP550 is 10.0r7a however, my APs are running 8.2r5. This leads me to believe I need to download the 8.x firmware as opposed to 10.x

@Sam Pirok can you help me verify?

Usually I'd recommend you go by that matrix, however I do want to mention that there is a known issue with the 10.x line that causes false interference alarms. If you want to stick with 8.2r5 for now, that would be perfectly fine. And logging in via cloud.aerohive.com does mean you're using HiveManager, or the Cloud version.

No extra steps needed, and you can jump to any later version without going step wise, so it should just be a few minutes down time while the AP reboots.
