Hello.

I recieved this device AP 250 (02501710102393) in exchange of malfunctioning device, but it seems to be already onboarded on another account. I'd like to use the AP on my Hivemanager account.

Thank you for that serial number, I've removed the conflicting record for you on our side so you should be able to add it to your HiveManager at this time. Please let me know if I can help with anything else.
