Can I upgrade HiveManager Classic to Hivemanager NG without new Deployment?

Hello, can i upgrade HiveManager Classic to HiveManager NG on premise (not cloud), without new Deployment. I have seen some comments telling that it is easy, just to upgrade the Platform. And some other say that needs a new deployment to install HiveManager NG.

Can anyone support me? Is there any Upgrade/Migration guide?

@Sam Pirok i am not asking for NG Cloud. I know that there is an option to deploy NG as Virtual Appliance on premise and not Cloud.

This upgrade we would like to ask if it is possible to update directly from Classic to NG.

Thank you for explaining, but there is no way to upgrade from a Classic instance to an NG instance.

@Sam Pirok So you mean, that we have to implement a new VM Deployment and then Install the new HiveManager NG. Am I Right?

same "problem" here.

But our distributor sad that we shold rather wait for the new Version of XIQ an migrate from our HM Clasic to this one.

It should come out the next days.

You can migrade some things but not atmaticly 

Yes that's correct. With the migration, it's the same as the Cloud, you'd have to reconfigure the new one from scratch. One thing to note is that I believe licencing doesn't transfer between the two for on premise.
