Good Morning Sam,

I currently work at the CFX facility in Orlando Florida. We have a network that is configured with Multicasting routing (PIM) and we are having issues getting the video displayed. We checked the Layer 2 devices and we see the IGMP request from the client. Our network is configure with Redundancy using VRRP. When tracing the issue, we notice that not all the information is populated at the PIM cache for the particular multicast group.

Note: The PIM RP is not a VRRP VIP.
Steps taken that resolved the issue:

Disabled the router P2P interface connecting to the Master VRRP node.

Thank you for clarifying. Can you tell me what model router you're using? Also would you be able to send the trace data you have showing that not all the information is populating to me at communityhelp@aerohive.com?
