Which configuration are you looking for? We have PSK (everyone has the same password), PPSK (everyone has their own password), or Radius (everyone has their own username and password, plus extra layers of security that come with Radius). We have guides for each of these, just let me know which one you're looking for.

Dear sir my aerohive ap is not showing IP ADDRESS NOR HOSTNAME NOR SSID IN THE AP SEND ME THE GUIDELINE TO CONFIGURE THE AP FROM THE BEGINNING FROM FIRST STEP TO LAST STEP A TO Z. I WOULD BE VERY THANKFUL TO U SIR.

Sir, I have provided the guide to get the AP connected to the HiveManager several times, in this conversation, our direct chat, and our email conversations. Once the AP is connected, and it will show an IP and Hostname once it is connected, then we can configure the device. Until the AP is connected to the HiveManager, you will not be able to configure any SSIDs on it.
