Hi... from the AP we couldn't even reach the gateway and so the AP was not able to resolve the hive manager address. i have checked the network port and also changed it, it seems to be fine. We are using AP230 with HiveOs 8.1r2a build-178408. any help would be appreciated. please note we are having 2 more AP with same spec and hive OS, they don't seem to have issue. this only one AP is constantly having issues.

I would recommend running through the CAPWAP troubleshooting in the guide below, and if that doesn't resolve the issue you might want to file for an RMA.

HiveManager: https://thehivecommunity.aerohive.com/s/article/CAPWAP-Guide-for-HiveManager-NG

HiveManager Classic: https://thehivecommunity.aerohive.com/s/article/CAPWAP-HiveManager-Classic

This guide will walk you through how to determine which HiveManager you are using, for reference: https://thehivecommunity.aerohive.com/s/article/Which-HiveManager-Platform-am-I-using
