I'm sorry, I'm not sure I understand the scope of the question. Do you mean you are unable to reach an internal address, or a server at a different site, when using the AP? Are you able to reach that address via a wired client?

Thank you for explaining further. Which terminal emulator program would that be?

Thanks for letting me know. I'm doing some research in to BlueZone on my side, but in the mean time it would help if we could see a packet capture taken while you try to reach the external address. The following articles will review how to set up and run a packet capture, depending on the platform you are using:

HiveManager Classic (myhive.aerohive.com): https://thehivecommunity.aerohive.com/s/article/Packet-Capture

HiveManager (formerly NG, cloud.aerohive.com): https://thehivecommunity.aerohive.com/s/article/Packet-Capture-in-NG

If you could email that to me (or load it to our FTP site [credentials for this are in the article] and let me know the file name), I will take a look and let you know what we find. Please also include the MAC of the device you attempt to test with and the IP that we are trying to reach. My direct email is communityhelp@aerohive.com.
