To confirm, ssh into one of the APs and type...

show station

If you indeed have no clients connected, I would create a new test SSID and attempt to connect. You also check in client monitor to see where failures may be occurring.

There are many possibilities as to why clients are not connecting; authentication issues, VLAN issues, DHCP issues, et al.
