AP 230 6.6r2 upgrade to current release?

Hi.

I have a problem where my old AP 230 is still on 6.6r2 and I would like it upgraded to the current release. Unfortunately the upgrade fails within HiveManager. I can reset it, but have problems getting the configuration to work. And upgrading the HiveOS is not working.

Since my AP 230 is now on Connect instead of my previous Select entitlement, I can't seem to download any firmware here, so what do I do to get the AP upgraded?

I would recommend upgrading the AP HiveOS via the web UI. I've emailed you directly with the latest HiveOS for the AP230 to help with this. This guide will walk you through updating the HiveOS via the web UI- https://thehivecommunity.aerohive.com/s/article/Upgrading-AP-firmware-via-web-UI
