You would want to go to Cases in the Hive Community tool bar, then to either All Cases or Open Cases. Once there, at the top of the page you should see an option to Open a Case. I've enabled case creation for you per your partner status with us. If you do not see the ability to open cases, try logging out and back in to be sure you are using the updated permissions I needed to change for you.

My Dears,

I made twice settings:

1) QoS on an SSID:

See the configuration attached

Is there a problem with this setting?

2) Costumizations Radios 5GHz and 2.4GHz, based this document:

Aerohive_Ed-K-12-DeployGuide-4-High-Density

I see that the number of devices now rotates around 450. Before, there were more that 1000 to 5000 devices connected. Do you have any idea what's going on? Is QoS responsible for this? Or the settings in the radios? My INTERNET link is 100Mbps!

Thanks in advanced,

Marcio - HXBrasil

marcio@hxbrasil.com.br

Thank you for those screen shots, that all looks fine and shouldn't affect client count. As for the lower client count overall, are you getting any reports of users who are unable to connect?

The DHCP server show many connections, but online i see until 450 devices. This is very stranger! What do you think about it? What can i do?

Thank you for help me,

Marcio - HX Brasil

marcio@hxbrasil.com.br

Thank you for that screen shot. I think at this point you'd want to open a case for this issue. You'll want to attach the logs from the DHCP server showing more clients connected than the HiveManager, along with a screen shot of what the HiveManager sees now for comparison.
