Can Hivemanager classic manage the new BR XR200P?

We have an on prem hivemanager classic VM and use virtual CVG appliances for VPN tunnels. Can the new BR be managed by hivemanager classic and connect to the existing CVG?

I think this statement from the datasheet means that it can:

I don't think it can. When they say "cloud" they almost always mean NG. Plus in classic I can't make a template for the XR or make a simulated XR, which usually means the device isn't supported for that platform.
