Imported ova on virtualbox, network not turning up

We have imported the ova on virtualbox and provided IP via netcfg. When we ping, it gives error " connect: network is unreachable".

We have resources available only on VirtualBox platform thus I imported on it, OS is booting without error just the network is not turning up. I think it will work fine if we have access to make some network changes in OS.
