First you'll want to register for a HiveManager at cloud.aerohive.com. If you haven't purchased an entitlement key, you'll want to use our free HiveManager version called HiveManager Connect. This guide reviews how to register for a HiveManager Connect instance: https://thehivecommunity.aerohive.com/s/article/Registering-for-HiveManager-Connect

Then you'll want to add the device to your HiveManager inventory, which this guide covers: https://thehivecommunity.aerohive.com/s/article/Adding-and-Removing-Devices-in-HiveManager

Then you'll want to build a configuration for the APs to use. For instance, if you want to build an SSID that has the same password for everyone who connects to it, this guide reviews how to set that up: https://thehivecommunity.aerohive.com/s/article/PSK-SSID-How-To-NG

Finally, this guide reviews how to push the configuration you've built out to the AP: https://thehivecommunity.aerohive.com/s/article/How-to-push-a-configuration-update-to-a-device-in-HiveManager

Something to keep in mind, if the AP is using a firmware version older than 6.5r3, you won't be able to manage the device in HiveManager. If that is the case for your AP, please let me know what firmware version it's using now, and I can send you the files to get the AP up to at least 6.5r3 so you can use it in the HiveManager.
