I can only download it to update server and I did it. After completing the download I tried to update image from option "File from update server". I got the popup windows with listed version 8.2r2. After that I tried to continue with clicking "ok" bottom. Then I got the error message. I attached a screenshot of error.

I don't have any other altarnative.

I'm sorry for the wait here, I've enabled download access for you temporarily, could you try downloading the Classic update file from Hive Community and using that file to see if you get the same error?

Thank you Sam! As I wrote here, we have the version 8.2r1. Can I upgrade our HiveManager from 8.2r1 to 8.2r2e directly, or I must upgrade it to 8.2r2 at first?

Thank you very much Sam! I upgraded it to last version and it's working. But our problem is not resolved. I want to use an AP as Radius Server und read the article "Radius Server hosted on an AP", but I can not join this AP to the domain. I receive always an error. I checked oder APs with other HiveOS, but it's not working. The error is following:

"Unknown error: Failed to join domain: failed to precreate account in ou cn=Computers,dc=xxx,dc=xxx dc=xxx: Internal (implementation specific) error ."

Do you know this issue?

I can't say I've seen that before, but it sounds like the domain controller isn't accepting the join request. Are you using the default admin credentials to join? If you are, can you you check the server we're trying to join to see if you see any errors on that side?
