Hello,

Are you using the new Hivemanager platform or Classic?

If Classic, you'll have a 'Help' option in the top right -> Click Help -> About Hivemanager -> Verify the Version

Is the Hivemanager Version 8.2r2? If not, you'll want to upgrade from Home -> Administration -> Hivemanager Operations -> Update Software -> Select 8.2r2 in the dropdown.

If you are using the new Hivemanager Platform, please share a screenshot of where you are running into trouble.
