Hello AndyLee-Rich, we have several articles regarding the set up of VOIP focused networks, which you can browse here: https://extremeportal.force.com/ExtrSearch#q=VOIP&t=All&sort=relevancy

If you can let us know what equipment and firmware versions you are working with currently, I’ll do my best to narrow down the article list for you.

Hello, thank you for your reply, the AP122 version I am currently using: 7.0.4.0 (7.0r4) The locally deployed cloud platform hivemanager version: 20.1.3.2-NGVA.
I want to configure the voice priority, for example, the audio priority of zoom conferences is higher to ensure the smoothness of the voice. If you can provide a screenshot of the configuration, I would be very grateful!
Thank you, and have a nice day.

Thank you for those details. To find these settings, you’ll want to go in to your HiveManager> Configure> Open the Network Policy> Go to Wireless Networks within the Network Policy and open the SSID you’d like to use for your voice traffic> Scroll down to the User Access Settings in the SSID and open the Default User Profile that the SSID is using> Go to the QoS tab within the User Profile> Click Manage Rate Limit Per Client> Set the Voice traffic to have priority over other types of traffic. I’ve attached a picture of the page I’m talking about to this post.

For details on how to set the voice traffic priority please reference this page: http://docs.aerohive.com/330000/docs/help/english/ng/Content/gui/configuration/configuring-user-profile-qos-settings.htm
