Since you have access to the cli, run these two commands:

reset config bootstrap

and

reset config

I have a couple of AP230 access points that will not restore to factory defaults when the reset button is held. In the console, it shows the button is depressed, and after 5 seconds it calls for a restore of factory default config. They go through a reboot cycle, and eventually they come up. Unfortunately, when they boot, they have the same config, ssids, etc. as before. As a result, I am unable to login as the previous admin login is a mystery. Is this normal behavior when the no reset-button reset-config-enable command is used? Is there any other method to reset or flash a firmware image, or are these simply a loss?

Thank you.

Thanks for the reply, BJ. I have the console up, but since I am unable to login successfully, I'm not sure of a way to run those commands.
