    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Sam,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for the response. I was able to download the proper firmware file through the channels of our distributor (of which I was unaware yesterday)  this morning and successfully updated the AP through the Web UI.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The AP has accepted the pushed configuration from the ExtremeCloud.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regardless, thanks for the support.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I've emailed you directly with the files you'll need to update your devices firmware, please let me know if you have any issues updating your devices. &lt;/P&gt;</description>
