Failed firmware upgrade from 6.4r1d to any

I have AP121 with 6.4r1. I can not mannage with ExtremeCloud IQ Connect because firmware upgrade fail.

Can anybody email me th imf file from local upgrade ?

Your help will be apreciaeted.

I have emailed you the firmware files you need to get your AP121 fully updated, please let me know if you have any issues updating your device from here.

The latest firmware version for an AP121 is 6.5r12.

I have the same problem with new AP130's. The out-of-box-firmware is 6.5r1b (we had them on the shelf for quite some time), but the AP's won't upgrade in the Extremecloud.

Would you care to send me the correct firmware as well? My other 130's currently run 10.0.r8.
