    <description>&lt;P&gt;I created case #00248803.  They explained to me that my once my temporary key expires my newly purchased key will automatically kick in.  Thanks for following up with me and your willingness to resolve this issue.  &lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The message indicating you have a certain number of days left is letting you know that this key is about to expire. Entitlement keys for online HiveManagers do not last forever, and will need to be renewed. You would renew your entitlement keys by speaking with your sales engineer, or our general sales line at 866-918-9918. &lt;/P&gt;</description>
