Use internal DNS instead of an IP address to point your APs to HIveManager, e.g. hivemanager.company.local. Thus if you do ever need to change the IP address, one update in DNS covers all clients.

We have hivemanager v 8.1r2 and want to move this VM to another VLAN. So therefore it's must get a new/other ipaddress. Are there installation/configuration steps for that, or any best practices?

kind regards, Henk
