I'm trying the same thing. Found that the Interface eth1 is shutdown.

dropped to a SSH on the AP. typed: "no interface eth1 shutdown"

Interface came up and the computer was online.

More info: I know how to in classic, but now I'm trying to connect a wired client to eth1, and I can't seem to get the mode to change from backhaul to anything else. I see I can set the port type to access in the AP templates, but it doesn't change the port's mode. Thanks!
