Which ports open to contact https://ie.extremecloudiq.com/ with the AP130?

Hello,

When I go to the "Firewall Configuration Guide" I open this page : https://extremecloudiq.com/support/Amsterdam.html

So in order to work I need to open these ports :

TCP 80, 443, 2083, 20000-20256 and UDP 12222

I open these ports on my firewall but the AP130 can't connect (The led is red).

If I open all ports on my firewall it works perfectly.

What ports do I need to pen more ?

The only port you're missing from your list is TCP22, could you try opening that port to see if your APs will connect?

Thanks for your response.

I tried to add TCP22 port from my list but it still does not work.

If I open TCP 80, 443, 2083, 20000-20256 and all UDP ports (ie 0-65535) it works.

So I suppose the missing port is a UDP port.

Thank you for keeping me updated. We use UDP 123 for NTP traffic, could you try that port for me?

No it does not work with adding the UDP123.

This page reviews the ports we use and what services those ports are used for, but as far as I know UPD 12222 should be the only UDP port needed for an AP to connect: http://docs.aerohive.com/330000/docs/help/english/ng/Content/reference/services-source-and-destination-ports.htm?
