Have you added a blueprint of your location to the Maps tab? This guide reviews how to set up Maps in HiveManager- https://thehivecommunity.aerohive.com/s/article/Map-creation-in-NG

If you've already set a map up but are no longer seeing it when you go to the Maps tab, that would require a support case to troubleshoot that behavior and find out the root cause.

Thanks Sam, but it is all setup as I have since discovered. Fiddling about with the tree view on the left hand side of Maap view, I discovered branches that weren't there until you ticked the Sort Folders box. No + sign by the outer branches to even suggest there might be branches below. Very non Microsoft and a bit annoying. Not sure I understand the reason for the sorting and not sorting tick box. I am in there now however. Cheers
