    <description>&lt;P&gt;I've tried rebooting, pushing the config again, but it still fails. I assume I need to manually do it from the WebUI? If so, where can I get an image file and what are the default credentials?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Also, I onboarded these APs, but am unable to log in to them with the default credentials (admin/aerohive?). I've set creds in the policy, reapplied it, but the APs I'm unable to update are the same ones that can't receive the new config (Device Update Failed).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Unless you set one in the Network Policy, you can find it under Global Settings, Administration, Device Management Settings.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Which OS are you on and which are you attempting to update? Are you receiving any errors? Are you losing capwap along the way?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
