Device already onboarded on unlicensed account

Hello.

I have this device (AP230 - 02301709050802) on a unlicensed account. I was not able to remove It before the license expired.

Is there another way to get this serial number removed?

I've emailed you directly with a temporary key, that should allow you to remove the device from the old instance so you can add it to your new device inventory.
