One of my customer experienced an outage of a NAC-A-20 appliance. Reason was that one power supply failed and the other was not plugged in tightly. Normally I would expect that if one of the redundant supplies fails or isn't plugged in a SNMP Trap / Alarm is caused. Did anyone experienced a similar behavior or knows how to realize it? As you have already mentioned, this would be a Feature Request for possible future functionality. <BR /> <BR /> A Feature Request can be started with opening a Services Case by either calling into the GTAC, or via the Case Management Web Portal.
