This program provides training and training management with the appropriate skills to deliver high impact, consistent, engaging, and meaningful training workshops virtually.

Ensure that participants understand the key differences between and significance of Instructor-Led Training (ILT) versus Virtual Instructor-Led Training (vILT) delivery.
Overcome the challenges and potential shortcomings of the virtual delivery environment, while maximizing the opportunities and possibilities it provides.
Provide a range of techniques to effectively engage the audience for maximum participation & uptake.
Utilize best practices before, during, and after the virtual delivery session.
Enable participants to deliver highly impactful virtual classroom sessions.

Two 3-hour virtual sessions over 2 days – two timeslots available:

Eastern US and Europe - June 28 – 29, 2021 – 8 AM – 11 AM Eastern/US (2 PM – 5 PM CET)

All of US - June 28 – 29, 2021 – 1 PM – 4 PM Eastern/US (10 AM – 1 PM Pacific/US)
