Abhijit,

There is no End of Support for any version of XCO. Per the End of Sale and End of Service Life web page, only after an End of Sale notification is published is a software release determined to be no longer supported. The only such notice published for XCO is regarding the "Visibility Skill" which enters End of Service Life (EOSL) On June 1, 2028. The "Fabric Skill" which is used in 3.7 and 3.8 has never gone End of Sale.

You can open a case on any version of XCO/EFA and TAC will provide the best effort to resolve the issue. If the release is outside of Version Maintenance, Extreme will not escalate or provide any patches but will recommend to upgrade to a version within maintenance to see if the issue is still present.

So to answer your question another way; If you were to open a case for XCO 3.7.1, TAC would do our best to resolve the issue as this version was EOVM on March 12, 2026. We would only focus on recovery and stabilizing the deployment, not root cause. If the issue could not be resolved, we would recommend to upgrade to 3.8.x (we typically recommend the latest version in the branch.) If the issue was still present in 3.8.x, we would then escalate the issue to investigate the root cause and potential software fixes.
