      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, the built-in SSD flash is broken. If you have a service, you can RMA it. Otherwise, you'll have to open the device, replace the SSD (it's a 2.5-inch drive), and then reinstall NOS.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;BR.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
